1-1 therapy is suited for those seeking therapy as an individual, and these sessions are conducted using the person-centered modality.

I won’t push you to talk about things you’re not ready for, and there’s no set agenda in our sessions. Each session is uniquely tailored to each client, meaning we're always focusing on you and your needs.

FAQ's

How do I know when it's time to get support?

It can be challenging to know the right time to seek support, but if you’re feeling overwhelmed, experiencing persistent feelings of sadness or anxiety, struggling with relationships, or finding it difficult to cope with day-to-day life, counselling could be a valuable space for you.

Equally, therapy can be helpful in circumstances ranging from going through a big life transition to simply wanting to enhance you’re own self awareness.

There’s no “right” time to start therapy—any time you feel ready to reach out for support. If you’re unsure, reaching out for a free 20 minute consultation can help you understand if therapy is the right next step for you.

How many sessions will I need?

The length of therapy varies depending on your personal goals, needs, and circumstances. Some clients find that a few sessions are enough to address a specific issue, while others may benefit from longer-term support to explore deeper patterns and make lasting changes. There is no one-size-fits-all, and importantly, therapy is not always a ‘quick fix’.

Typically, sessions occur weekly and last for 50 minutes, though some clients I see bi-weekly and so there is flexibility. Therapy is a personal journey, and you have control over deciding how you’d like to proceed and for how long.

Do you offer in-person therapy sessions?

Currently, I offer only online (Google Meets) and telephone counselling sessions.
